We collect information you provide directly: business name, city, email address, owner name, and Google Business Profile data through authorized connections (via Ayrshare). Payment information is processed by Dodo Payments and is never stored on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to provide the RoofFlow AI service: generating AI-powered social media content, publishing to your Google Business Profile, competitor analysis, and processing subscription payments through Dodo Payments.

3. Google Business Profile Access

When you connect your Google Business Profile via Ayrshare, we receive a profile key for scheduled posting. We only post AI-generated content approved through our workflow. You can revoke access at any time from your dashboard.

4. Third-Party Services

We use DeepSeek (AI content generation), Ayrshare (social publishing), Outscraper (competitor data), Dodo Payments (payment processing), and Supabase (data storage). Each service processes data according to their respective privacy policies.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security including encrypted session tokens (Supabase Auth), row-level security policies on all database tables, and HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your profiles are disconnected and scheduled posts cease immediately.
