By accessing or using RoofFlow AI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RoofFlow AI provides AI-powered Google Maps automation and social media publishing services for roofing contractors. The Service generates and publishes content to your connected Google Business Profile on a scheduled basis using AI technology.

3. Subscription and Billing

RoofFlow AI is a subscription-based service. Pricing is as published on our Pricing page. A 7-day free trial is available for new users. All payments are processed through Dodo Payments. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining account security and providing accurate business information. You agree to comply with Google's Business Profile policies when using our publishing services. You may not use the Service for spam, fraud, or illegal activities.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by RoofFlow AI is created by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, you are ultimately responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication. We make no guarantees about specific lead generation or business outcomes.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “AS IS.” We make no guarantees regarding search rankings, lead generation results, or business revenue. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations. Upon termination, content publishing ceases immediately and any outstanding balances become due.
