Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All new subscribers receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No charges are made during the trial period. Cancel anytime during the trial at zero cost.

2. Subscription Charges

After the 7-day trial, your subscription converts to a paid plan at the pricing tier you selected. Charges are processed securely through Dodo Payments.

3. Refund Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with RoofFlow AI, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge. Refund requests after 14 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@roofflow.ai with your account email and reason. We process all refund requests within 5 business days.

5. Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless within the 14-day window.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first requesting a refund, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately. Please contact us first — we will make it right.
